You get a fixed price before anyone starts, and that is what you pay. No call-out charge and no hourly clock. If we open something up and the job is genuinely different, we stop and requote.

How soon can you come out?

Book before six and most jobs are done the following day. Urgent leaks and dead sockets we try to reach the same day. You get a two-hour arrival window, not a whole morning.

Do I have to sign anything?

Only the quote, and only once you are happy with it. There is no contract, no retainer and no minimum spend. Use us once for a dripping tap or keep us on for the whole house.

Which areas do you cover?

Most of south and east London, roughly inside the South Circular and out to Greenwich. If you are just outside we will still say yes when we can. Ask us and we will tell you straight.

What happens on the first visit?

We look at the job, tell you what it needs and put a fixed price in writing. Nothing gets started until you say go. If it is a five-minute fix we will usually just do it there and then.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not always. Plenty of customers leave a key with a neighbour or use a key safe. For anything that needs a decision on the day we would rather you were around, and we will say so when we quote.

Card or bank transfer once the work is signed off, not before. No deposit on everyday jobs, and on bigger fits we agree a staged schedule in writing alongside the quote.
